5 of My Favorite Personal Growth Inspiration Videos
Emotional intelligence is important to me. I always want to take responsibility for my own thoughts and actions, so I will occasionally listen to life coach videos while I’m editing photos. How often I watch is determined by whether I’m in a funk or not, and how big that funk is. Haha.
Below are 5 videos from some of my favorite speakers. These videos are from YouTube so you may see ads pop up to buy things – I am not affiliated with them. My goal here is simply to share content that has taught and inspired me.
Kyle Cease. I met Kyle when this talk was filmed and he’s one of my favorite transformational speakers because he’s hilarious and not foofy like some coaches can be.
Marisa Peer. What I like about Marisa is that she gets to the point. I’m not big on therapy and talking about the same stuff over and over. What’s the problem and what do I need to do to change it?
Toure Roberts. This is one of the BEST talks I’ve ever heard on finding the relationship you want. I’m not a “churchy” person, but I would go to Toure’s church!
Esther Perelis a psychotherapist specializing in relationships. Her research is fascinating. I have gotten bored in my previous relationships and thought something was wrong with me. Turns out it’s completely normal.
Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary gives the most amazing business advice for this generation. He’s not a life coach, but his story and business advice are top notch. If you want to learn more, he has a weekly YouTube show called #AskGaryVee where he answers your questions about social media, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
